    The basics

    When do you open?

We open on 20 November at The Hub in Milton Keynes, and you can already book a table for opening day and after. Join the flock in the footer and we’ll email you the second the doors open.

    Where are you?

The Hub, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 2FB. Milton Keynes Central station is about a 15 minute walk away.

    What time are you open?

Every day’s hours are listed in the Find us section, and the Open now badge at the top of the page tells you whether we’re serving right now.

    Booking and groups

How do I book a table?

Hit Book a table anywhere on this site, then choose your day, time and how many of you are coming. It takes about a minute. Booking is the safest way to guarantee a table, especially for groups.

Can I book for a group or a celebration?

Yes. Use Book a table, choose your date and how many of you there are, and tell your server what you’re celebrating. Birthdays, leaving dos and “just one quick drink” turning into six are all welcome.

    Food and drink

    Do you do bottomless brunch?

Yes. A main and 90 minutes of bottomless cocktails for £39.95, all day, every day. See the bottomless brunch page for the details.

    What’s Chicken your way?

Four steps: pick your coop (Classic, Big or the Full Coop), pick a sauce from our twelve flavours, pick a side, then pick a dip. The full menu has all the details.

How hot is the hot stuff?

Heat is marked out of five on the sauces. Buffalo is a 2, House Chilli a 3, Maverick a full 5, and Pineapple & Habanero a gentle 1. Maverick is not for the faint-hearted. Not sure? Ask your server.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

Tell us about any allergies or intolerances every time you order. Our kitchens are busy, so we can’t guarantee allergen-free food or rule out cross-contamination. Look for V, VG and GF on the menu.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes. The Coop Salad is vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, and the Classic Chicken Sandwich comes in a vegan version too. Ask your server about the rest.

    Good to know

    Is there a service charge?

A 10% optional service charge is added to table-served bills, and it goes entirely to our team.

    Is there a dress code?

Come as you are. Maybe not in white. Sauce happens.
